Rankings (lowest to highest)
There is no favoritism shown to individuals! We sign up to a matrix from highest ranking to lowest.
Where you sit in the sign up ranking depends on you! The harder you work, the more you refer members under you,
the higher sign up ranking you achieve! You're probably thinking "Why should I bring in 50 members if I have to
promote the team link! Im not getting the credit for my team joining under the team link!" Right? Wrong! If you
reach say, GOLD Memeber status, that means that you have brought 100 new team members to Teamm8rix. Let's say that
there are two other Gold Members on the site. You would be one of the first three people to signup for a matrix. So it doesn't
matter if 10 of your team goes into someone else's downline! We all promote the same link! So you will get 10 of your fellow
Gold Members people! It all works out in the end! Bringing in new members or bringing in your entire team from somewhere else,
places you higher in the signup ranking, so you are being well rewarded for your hard work!
Using one team link fills a matrix evenly! No holes! No larger legs on one side, or a single member sitting off to the side all by
themselves! It forces the matrix to fill from top to bottom, left to right, evenly, helping our entire team earn! And since we
split the general membership into seperate teams and rotate them from matrix to matrix... This is a very "member friendly" and
"very fair" team setup!

Individual - A person that joins the site through either a referral or through advertising.

Bronze Member - Any individual that joins the site and brings in 25 members into his or her personal downline, (level 1) will
then be upgraded to Bronze Member status. You will then be able to join matrices in the Broze Member position.

Silver Member - Any "Bronze Member" that continues to build his or her team and gets 50 members into his or her personal downline, (level 1) will
then be made a "Silver Member". You will then be able to join matrices in the Silver Member position.

Gold Member - Any "Silver Member" that continues to build his or her team and gets 100 members into his or her personal downline, (level 1) will
then be made a "Gold Member". You will then be able to join matrices the Gold Member position.
